| Making A Purchase Please browse our Catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for your Credit Card details - the easiest way to pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, American Express. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company converts the Sterling cost to your currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of the transaction. We use Actinic Payments to processs your card details in the most secure method avaiable. We do not handle any credit card inforamtion at all - everything is done online by Actinic. | Shipping And Handling All prices quoted on the site, whether in sterling or US dollars, include all handling charges, The postage shown on your order is based on your country. UK items are sent second class post and overseas items are sent Airmail. If you require UK first class, please ask. The US dollar prices quoted on the site are based on an exchange rate of $1.50 to £1 and are only a guideline for US customers. |
| Delivery Schedule We will send your order by post at once if the item is in stock, certainly within 7 days of receiving the order. European orders take three to four working days to reach their destination, and North American, and other parts of the world, take five to ten working days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |
